My Mission

Mental Health is both my passion and my profession. I have been continuously searching for new elements within this area since I became a medical doctor specializing in Psychiatry. It would not be an exaggeration to say that Positive Psychology became a permanent part of my mind when I started the Master's program at the University of East London. It felt like a missing part of my puzzle was finally found.

I would like to show people that using methods from the field of Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology can lead to a positive lifestyle, which equates to happiness and well-being. I find this extremely important and want to help facilitate this change in those who need it most.

My Story

My name is Dr. Natasha Shaginian-Needham. I received my Master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology (MAPPCP) at the University of East London in 2022. I started a charity organization focused on working with children in Russia who needed medical attention in 2016 called Life in Motion. There I developed a deep love and connection with bringing a positive mindset and outlook into otherwise dire situations.

Positivity has been a major part of my life. I am an optimistic person by nature and sharing optimism and positive emotions with friends and family has been something I truly enjoy naturally. I have always felt a dire need to spread positivity especially in the face of adversity and was very glad to see how it was influencing people: changing their mood, making them feel better and genuinely happier overall.
